You can make a mix with all the above in a container of equal amounts

and put it in your coffee and eat the portion that does not disolve.

Another method is to boil several cups of the coffee mixture in a pot for 15 min or so and strain through cheesecloth.  Keep the results in the fridge for up to a week and re-heat as you need.
